Adding a saved payment method for a client

Saving a client's credit or debit card for online payments

This is part of client payments with UphealOS and requires a connected Stripe account.

You can save your clients’ credit or debit card details to your account to charge for sessions at any time without needing to send a payment request.

  1. In the client's profile, go to the Payments tab, and click Settings.

  2. Under Preferred payment method, select Card (online via Stripe).

  3. Under Saved cards, you can:

    • Request via email or link: This link allows the client to input their card details themself, and it will be saved to your Upheal account.

    • Add credit card details manually: You can type in the card details yourself.

  4. Once the card is added, you'll see confirmation in Upheal.
