Setting default and special rates for services

You can set up custom services to make scheduling and payments easier. When you set a price for a service, that rate is automatically applied to your invoices.

To set or change a service's price:

  1. In Settings, go to Services.

  2. Click on the service you'd like to edit, or set up a new service.

  3. Go to the Pricing tab in the service.

  4. Set the Self-pay rate.

    This is the default rate. If you set a different rate for certain providers or clients, this default rate will be overridden.

  5. Click Save after you make a change.

  6. Optionally, set a different rate for some providers or clients. This fee will be unique to them, and automatically applied when you create invoices.

    Click Add provider-specific fee or Add client-specific fee, and select the person. Set the price, and click Save.
