Where to find your 1099-K tax form

If you use Stripe to collect payments for your practice, you can download your 1099-K tax form from Stripe.

Stripe issues a 1099-K if:

  • The Stripe account is based in the United States (owners do not need to be US citizens) or the non-US account is for a US taxpayer

  • And exceeds $20,000 total gross volume and 200 transactions

To find your 1099-K form:

  1. Log in to your account at Stripe.com.

  2. Click the gear icon in the top right.

  3. Click Compliance and documents.
    ​

  4. Click the My documents tab.


If Stripe has issued you a 1099-K, it will be listed there and available for download.
