No. We are not under any HIPAA requirements to keep any psychotherapy notes or output created during the processing and uploading of your sessions.
However, we keep the information you upload on our platform until you, the therapist, decide to delete it. Again, we are under no statutory obligation to retain the information.
Please note that depending on your location as a therapist, local laws and regulations may apply, requiring the retention of health data for a longer period of time.
