Schedule a session in your Upheal calendar

Written by Upheal Team

Schedule sessions in your Upheal calendar, and your clients will automatically be informed that they have a session coming up.

You can even include a link to another online calling platform in the event, and that will be included in the invitation to your client.

Scheduling a session in your Upheal calendar on desktop

To schedule a session in your Upheal calendar on desktop:

  1. Go to Calendar in the left menu.

  2. Click New event.

    • Virtual sessions:

      • Upheal call: Upheal video calls will automatically include a session link in your client's invite email.

      • Other: For other platforms, paste in your call URL, so it can be included in your client's invite email.

    • In-person sessions: Enter a location. The location will be included in the invite to your client.

  7. Click Schedule.

If your client's profile includes their email address, they will receive a brief email when you schedule a session.

The wording of these emails could change slightly in the future, but it will remain similar.
