Store documents related to your client’s care, such as homework, assessments, or any other relevant files, directly in their client profile. This feature keeps files in one easily accessible, secure, HIPAA-compliant place. You can upload any file type up to 50 MB.
Upload files to client profile
To add documents to your client’s profile:
Open Upheal and click Clients in the menu on the left.
Go to your client’s profile.
Click the Files tab in the top menu.
Click Add files.
Drag and drop your file into the pop-up window, or click Add files to browse your device.
Click Upload.
Your file is now securely stored in your client’s profile.
Download a stored file
To download a document you have stored in your client’s profile to your device:
In Client files, click the download icon on the document.
Your document is now downloaded to your device.
Delete a stored file
To delete a document you have stored in your client’s profile:
Your document has now been deleted from your client’s profile.
