Here's what's included with Upheal's free plan:
Session notes
On the free plan, AI notes are available in two ways:
Text or dictation. Type or dictate details after your session, and Upheal’s AI generates structured notes from your input.
Manual upload. Upload your own session recordings to get AI-generated notes.
You can generate unlimited AI session notes with Upheal. With the free plan, notes are available in three formats: SOAP, DAP, and intake. Over time, Upheal’s AI learns your writing style and adjusts its output to match. Your chosen modality (such as internal family systems, CBT, DBT, etc.) is also automatically reflected in every note.
Session notes on the free plan support individual therapy only. Couples and family therapy formats aren’t available.
All recordings are deleted by default after your notes are generated.
Session transcripts
Session transcripts are available on the free plan when you upload your own session recordings.
Telehealth calls
You can conduct secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions directly in Upheal.
AI notes and transcripts aren’t available for Upheal telehealth calls on the free plan. To get notes for a telehealth session, use text or dictation, or a manual upload of your own recording after the call.
Calendar
The Calendar is included on the free plan, so you can schedule and manage your sessions directly in Upheal.
Support
Free plan users have access to basic chat and email support.
