When holding sessions in an Upheal telehealth call on a desktop, you can change or blur your background. You can also upload your own background image. This feature is not available on mobile.
To change or blur your background before you begin an Upheal telehealth call:
Start a new session with Upheal telehealth.
Click the background and effects icon.
To preview a background, click on it. You can choose a soft or strong blur, a pre-set picture or color.
Click Custom to upload your own background image.Once you have selected your background, click the x in the top right to return to your waiting room.
You can also change, blur, or turn off your background during a call.
To change, blur, or turn off your background while already in an Upheal telehealth call:
Click the gear icon in the top right to open Settings.
Select the Backgrounds and effects tab.
Choose your background, or click No effects to turn off the background or blur.
Click the x in the top right to return to the call.
