Editing a client's details

Changing a client's name, email address, pronouns, phone number, date of birth, sex, address, modalities, or diagnoses.

You can change the following information in a client’s profile any time:

  • Name

  • Pronouns

  • Preferred name

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • Date of birth

  • Sex

  • Address

  • Modalities

  • Diagnoses

You can change a client's information from Upheal in a web browser on desktop, or from the Upheal Clinician app.

Changing a client's information on desktop

To change a client's information from Upheal in a web browser on desktop:

  1. Go to Clients in the left menu.

  2. Click on the client whose information you want to edit to open their profile.

  3. On the right, under Client details, click Edit client.
    ​

  4. Make changes, and click Update.

Changing a client's information from the Upheal Clinician app

To change a client's information from the Upheal Clinician app:

  1. In the Upheal Clinician app, select the More tab at the bottom of the screen.
    ​

  2. Select Clients.
    ​

  3. Select the client whose information you want to edit.

  4. Select Edit in the top right.
    ​

  5. Make changes, and click Save.
