Role overview

We’re growing quickly and we’re looking for an Senior Success Manager to help us continue to scale and grow with some of our most important partners and customers. This role is responsible for partnering with our largest marketing partners, resellers, and customers to increase their satisfaction with Upheal. At Upheal, we’re the leading AI platform for mental health providers.

Location: Remote in USA

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 based on experience

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and cultivate relationships with Upheal's largest enterprise customers and partners, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and driving significant account growth. Develop and execute strategic success plans aligned with client objectives, maximizing platform adoption and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer platform usage, engagement, and satisfaction. Identify trends, potential issues, and optimization opportunities. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes and realize the full value of the Upheal platform.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for enterprise clients within Upheal, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and support teams to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently. Facilitate seamless communication and ensure client feedback is incorporated into product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners, such as EHRs, mental health platforms, and more to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the top of the sales funnel.
  • Develop and execute joint initiatives, such as webinars, case studies, and content marketing, to showcase the value of the Upheal platform and attract new enterprise clients. Track and report on the effectiveness of these initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.

  • Relationship Building. Demonstrated ability to establish trust and credibility with executive leadership at enterprise organizations
  • Industry Expertise. A strong understanding of the mental health space and electronic health record
  • Project Management. Effectively design, manage, and execute customer implementation programs
  • Drive Change. Experience collaborating with internal and external product and engineering teams to drive product enhancement and utilization
  • Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication
