Role overview

As our team continues to grow, we've reached the exciting point where our hiring needs have outgrown our existing networks and referral channels. We're looking for a dedicated Senior Talent & People Lead to take full ownership of our hiring and onboarding processes. Your mission will be to attract, recruit, and onboard exceptional talent by optimizing every step of our hiring funnel and enhancing our employer brand.

Your responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment: Manage the complete recruiting process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
  • Talent pipeline building: Identify and engage top talent proactively through diverse channels beyond referrals
  • Candidate experience: Deliver outstanding candidate interactions that reflect our culture and strengthen our brand
  • HR & onboarding: Lead HR processes for new hires, including onboarding programs, orientation sessions, initial check-ins, and integration into our culture
  • Recruitment analytics: Track and leverage recruitment data to continuously improve hiring outcomes
  • Employer branding: Develop and lead initiatives to showcase our company as an exceptional place to work

Your experience & skills:

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes in fast-growing startups or tech environments
  • Strong track record building high-quality talent pipelines
  • HR experience, including onboarding, orientation, and performance management activities
  • Expertise with modern recruiting and HR tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Skilled in recruitment analytics, data tracking, and optimization
  • Strong communicator who can craft compelling job descriptions, outreach, and internal communications
  • Ability to strengthen and promote employer branding effectively

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous experience hiring in remote-first or distributed team environments
  • Background in healthtech, SaaS, AI, or similar industries
