If you're ready to move from SimplePractice to Upheal:
Click Home in the lefthand menu.
Click Learn more in the purple banner at the top of the page.
Click Get started.
From here, we'll walk you through how to download all the information you'll need from SimplePractice, such as client demographics, client data, practice data, and invoices (optional), and upload it to Upheal.
Our support team will handle the next steps. Here's what to expect:
Your data will be handled securely and in compliance with HIPAA.
To give you the best results and make sure the chart transfer goes smoothly, we need enough time to be thorough. We estimate it to take 1-3 weeks, and we’ll keep you informed.
Once everything is ready for transfer, we’ll schedule a one-on-one call to guide you through the rest of the process.
