Logging in and out of the Client Portal

Log in to the Client Portal and log out of the Client Portal

If your therapist uses Upheal, you can use Upheal's Client Portal to access everything related to your care, without ever creating a log in.

We recommend using the mobile app, which is available in the App store and Google Play.

How do I get access to the portal?

You'll get a link whenever your therapist sends you a form, a session confirmation, or a client summary. They can also send you a direct link at any time.

To log in to the portal, just click the link in the email. You don't need to create a separate username or password. Here are some examples of how that link might look:


If you have the mobile app installed and click the link on your mobile device, the app will open automatically.

Logging out of the Client Portal

You can log out of the Client Portal at any time without losing access.

To log out of the Client Portal in the mobile app:

  1. Click the gear icon in the top right.
    ​

  2. Click Log Out.

To log out of the Client Portal on desktop:

  1. Click your name in the bottom left corner.
    ​

  2. Click Log out.

Logging back in

If you want to log back in after logging out of the mobile app:

  1. Open the Client Portal mobile app.

  2. Enter your email address and click Send magic link.
    ​

  3. Click Open email app.
    ​

  4. The email app on your phone will open, and you'll see an email from Upheal with a new link to the Client Portal.

  5. Click the link, and you'll be logged in to the Client Portal in the app.

If you want to log back in after logging out on desktop, click on a link in an email from your therapist.
