To talk to our AI Support Assistant, log in to Upheal and click Get help in the left menu.
Next, you can open our support center for how-to articles and troubleshooting, or, you can click Contact support.
You'll hear from our AI Support Assistant first, who can help you out right away. If the AI Support Assistant isn't able to get you the answer you need, the message will be passed on to our support team, and they'll get back to you as soon as they can.
