Past sessions appear in your client's profile, as well in your Sessions list. If the session was assigned anonymously, then the session will only be available in your Sessions list, since it's not attached to any client profile. To see the note, click on the session.

You can see your list of clients by clicking Clients in your main menu on the left side of the screen:

If our guide doesn't help, and your sessions are not showing up at all in the Upheal web app or seem to have disappeared, please contact Support with specific information such as the time, date, and method you used to capture the session, so we can help investigate.
