Managing your Upheal subscription

Change your plan, edit payment method, view invoices, cancel your subscription

Individual practitioners can manage their Upheal subscriptions at any time. You can change your plan, edit your payment method, view past invoices and payment history, and cancel your subscription.

Change your plan

Pricing for Upheal's Premium plan is changing to $1/session, capped at $69/month.

If you have a Premium plan subscription from before this change, we’ll contact you about switching to the new pricing system. Or, when you’re ready, reach out to Support to make the switch.

If you're on the Starter plan, you can stay on it with limited features, or contact Support to switch.

For now, you can still switch between our Premium and Starter plans in the app, but you'll need to reach out to support to switch to our new pay-per-session model.


To change your plan in the app (from the former Premium or Starter plans):

  1. Click Settings in the left menu

  2. Click Subscription

  3. Under Current plan, click Change

  4. Click Update subscription

  5. Here, you can select monthly or annual subscriptions to our former Premium or Starter plans

If you'd like to move to our pay-per-session plan, or have questions, contact support.

Edit your payment method

You can change the card that is charged for your Upheal subscription.

To change your payment method:

  1. Click Settings in the left menu

  2. Click Subscription

  3. Click Billing details

  4. Under Payment method, click Add payment method and enter your card details

View payment history

To view past payments you've made to Upheal and download invoices or receipts:

  1. Click Settings in the left menu

  2. Click Subscription

  3. Click Payment history

  4. Scroll down to Invoice history

  5. To download an invoice or receipt, click the invoice, then click Download invoice or Download receipt

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your Upheal subscription at any time.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Click Settings in the left menu

  2. Click Subscription

  3. Click Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts to confirm

If you don't see a Cancel subscription option, you may be on a free trial. At the end of a free trial, there is no paid subscription to cancel, and you will not be charged. Your account is automatically reverted to the free plan, and you retain access to all of your data.
