Add your logo and branding to Upheal

Adding your logo and branding (change the color) to client facing documents, the Client Portal, and Telehealth screens.

You can upload your logo, set your practice name, and choose a brand color, so when your clients receive materials, check the Client Portal, or join an Upheal telehealth session, they see branding from your practice.

Practice Branding is available on Premium plans and above.

Here's where branding appears:

  • PDFs: Progress Notes, Submitted Forms, Invoices, Payments, Superbills, Credit Notes, and Statements

  • Client Portal: your logo and practice name appear in the portal header, and your selected color replaces Upheal's brand color.

  • Telehealth screens: the waiting room and session view reflect your practice brand

Your branding also applies retroactively, so even forms submitted in the past will include your logo when downloaded.

To add your logo and branding to Upheal:

  1. Go to Settings in the left menu.

  2. Click Practice settings.

  3. Scroll down to Practice branding.

  4. Enter your practice name, the hex code for your desired color, and upload your logo.

  5. You can see what forms and pages will look like to your client by clicking Preview.

  6. When you're ready, click Save.
