Who can participate in the referral program?
All Upheal users, whether on free or paid plans, can participate in our referral program đ
Anyone you refer must be completely new to Upheal, meaning they've never signed up before and don't have an Upheal account, free or paid.
How does it work?
You can make a referral by sharing your referral link. Here's how:
In your Upheal menu on the left, click Get $200 per referral.

If this is your first time sharing a referral, you'll need to click Join the referral program.
Now, you can see your referral program dashboard, which tracks your earnings, referral link clicks, and more.
Click Copy link, and share with anyone whoâd like to try Upheal with a $100 head start.
â Make sure to tell anyone you refer to sign up through your link!
Youâll receive $200 in Upheal credit for each new paying user you refer who purchases a subscription and becomes an active Upheal user.

How does the person I referred get the discount?
As long as a new user signs up through your link, the referral credit is automatically applied when they decide to subscribe and add a payment method. They have a full 12 months from signing up to upgrade and claim their credit.
What if someone I refer wants to try the free plan first?
Thatâs fine! Anyone who signs up through your referral link can start on our Free plan. Whenever they decide to subscribe and provide a payment method, theyâll automatically get $100 in credit from your referral. They have a full 12 months from signing up to upgrade and claim their credit.

We're so grateful to have you sharing Upheal alongside us, we just want to make sure that our community benefits fairly from this program. Thank you for understanding, and please be aware of these limitations:
When someone you refer subscribes and adds a payment method, they also need to actively use Upheal before your $200 credit is released. In most cases, this means holding between 5 and 10 client sessions. Session requirements may vary based on account activity or program updates.
If we detect suspicious activity, we'll postpone issuing the reward until we can confirm that the referral case is legitimate. In the case of fraud, we won't issue any referral bonus. Suspicious and fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to:
Subscribing and then cancelling paid accounts
Using the same payment card for multiple accounts
Using alias email addresses
Paid marketing
Participation in the referral program does not grant you permission to conduct paid marketing efforts on Upheal's behalf.
Referrals from Google Ads or social media advertisements are not allowed and will not receive referral credit.

How do I collect my earnings?
Your $200 credit will land in your account automatically once the person you refer becomes a regular customer. This means that theyâve subscribed to a paid plan and held enough sessions to show that theyâre actively using Upheal for their practice.
I referred someone, but they didn't sign up through my link. Can I give them a referral code instead?
We're no longer using referral codes. The referral program only applies when a new user signs up through your link. If you're not sure if a user used your link or not, you can reach out to Upheal Support to find out. Even if someone clicks on your referral link once but signs up through the Upheal website on the same device within 60 days, there's a chance that the referral will still apply.

Anyone you've referred who becomes an active Upheal user from now on will receive the new bonus of $100 in credit, and you'll get $200 in credit. (If you see a pending referral reward in your Upheal account, that will still be paid to you in cash.)
