You can upload independently recorded sessions to Upheal and still get all of Upheal’s AI-supported benefits, including a transcript, session notes, and analytical insights. You might choose this option if you don’t have an internet connection where you hold your sessions, or if you’d like to add past sessions.
You can also upload recordings from your mobile device.
Uploading a recording
There are multiple ways to get an upload started:
From a client's profile: Click Generate from past session, then click Upload recording
From the menu: Go to Session capture. Under Generate notes from past sessions, click Upload (UphealOS only)
From the New note button in the menu: Click New note, then click Upload recording (Upheal Notes only)
Browse your device and choose the recording, or drag and drop in a file.
Then, click Continue with processing.
Select if it's a recording of a session or of dictated notes.
Fill in the session details.
Click Continue with processing.
Your session will take a few minutes to process, and then your transcript, notes, and insights will be available.
What types of files can I upload?
Upheal accepts audio and video files with the file extensions .ogm, .wmv, .mpg, .webm, .ogv, .mov, .asx, .mpeg, .mp4, .avi, .opus, .flac, .weba, .wav, .ogg, .m4a, .oga, .mid, .mp3, .mp4, and .caf.
