You can upload a recording of dictated notes, and Upheal will create a transcript and written notes for your session. Alternatively, you can capture dictations live.

  1. There are multiple ways to get an upload started:

    • From a client's profile: Click Generate from past session, then click Upload recording

    • From the menu: Go to Session capture. Under Generate notes from past sessions, click Upload (UphealOS only)

    • From the New note button in the menu: Click New note, then click Upload recording (Upheal Notes only)

  2. Browse your device and choose the recording, or drag and drop in a file.

    Then, click Continue with processing.

  3. Select Dictated notes at the top.

  4. Fill in the session details.

  5. Click Continue with processing.

  6. Your session will take a few minutes to process, and then your transcript, notes, and insights will be available.
