Role overview

As a Senior/Lead Product Designer at Upheal, your mission is to elevate our product design to new heights. We aim to be the go-to platform that mental health professionals love using every day—setting a standard that inspires other designers in healthcare. We’re looking for a passionate designer who thrives on crafting delightful user experiences, continually hones their craft, and enjoys helping others grow.

Location: Prague / EU / Hybrid

Key responsibilites

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery
• Drive the design of key product initiatives alongside the AI, engineering, product/marketing teams
• Cultivate a deep empathy for users and a strong understanding of their needs
• Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve designs
• Mentor and guide fellow designers, fostering a culture of growth

Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally within SaaS or digital platforms
• Expertise in Figma
• Strong UX research skills and the ability to translate insights into intuitive designs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities (though we strive to stay focused)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
