Challenges you’ll master:

  • Handle customer support. Assist users by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Be a technical problem-solver. Delve deep into our systems to troubleshoot complex customer issues. You’ll analyze logs, dashboards, and monitoring tools to identify root causes and provide effective solutions. Your ability to think critically and adapt to new technologies will be essential for delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Support centre optimization. Take an active role in enhancing our Support Centre to automate customer interactions where possible. You will be a part of the Customer Care team, who will support you in this effort.
  • Ensure high-quality feature delivery. Perform manual testing to verify new features, catch issues early, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to improve the user experience.

  • Strong communicator: Ideally native in written and spoken English but almost native works too
  • Flexible schedule: Available during U.S. timezone working hours to support our North American users. Working hours can be flexible.
  • Interest in mental health: A plus if you have a genuine interest in the mental health field.
