We’re super excited to introduce our latest feature to help make your life even easier: Smart edit! When you need to make changes to a note, treatment plan, or post-session summary, Smart edit can do the heavy lifting.
What can you do with Smart edit?
You can now easily make structural, content, or language changes to your documentation.
Smart edit the generated note
- Shorten long sections or add more details where needed 📝
- Convert paragraphs to lists (or lists to paragraphs!) 🔄
- Anonymize sensitive information quickly and easily 🕶️
- Translate your entire note into another language 🌎
Smart edit the transcript
- Find relevant quotes from the transcript to include in your notes ❞
- COMING SOON - Add more details from the transcript into your notes 🖊️
We provide handy preset suggestions to get you started, but you can also create your own customized instructions. Here's how it works:
Select the text to edit
Have a specific section you'd like to make edits to? Simply highlight that section of your note or treatment plan.
You can also choose to make changes to the whole document.
Tell Smart edit what to do
Want to shorten the text or change a list to a paragraph? Click on one of the preset suggestions.
You can also type in your own instructions here.
Preview and choose next steps
Replace or Add text: Swap out the original text or add the new text below.
Try the prompt again: Refine your original instructions and see how Smart edit improves your content.
Discard new text: Change your mind? Just keep the original text!
