Adding an existing individual client to a couple
If an existing individual client is going to participate in couples therapy, you can add the client to a couple.
In the left menu, click Clients.
Click Add client.
Select Couple in the tabs at the top.
Click the contacts icon to the right of the Last name box.
Click on the client you'd like to add to the couple.
Existing clients' details can't be changed here. To remove the client you selected, click the icon next to the Last name box.
Once you've filled out or selected both individuals, click Add couple.
Creating an individual profile for a client in an existing couple
If you also have individual sessions with a client from an existing couple, you can create an individual profile for them.
In the left menu, click Clients.
Click Add client.
Select Individual in the tabs at the top.
Click the contacts icon to the right of the Last name box.
Click on the client who needs an individual profile.
Existing clients' details can't be changed here. To remove the client you selected, click the icon to the right of the Last name box.
Click Add new client.
